1. The service
MenuBook provides tools for creating, hosting, and sharing digital menus via QR codes. We may update or improve the service at any time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything published under your account. You must provide accurate contact information when signing up.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of your menu content. By publishing it through MenuBook, you grant us permission to host and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate and does not infringe anyone’s rights.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We do not charge setup fees.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Liability
MenuBook is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
